Please contact the driver directly to enquire about your item through the FREE NOW app.
- Open the app
- Tap the ‘Profile Icon’ in the top right corner
- Tap ‘Trips’ to access Trips History, then select the trip you lost your item in
- Scroll to the Driver Info, tap this section
- Tap the ‘Phone icon’ in the top right corner to give your driver a call (this is usually the easiest way to reach them)
For calls, the FREE NOW app uses masked phone numbers so personal contact numbers are hidden.
